Meet Our People

A strong mission and purpose is a great start, but to truly be successful an organization must have individuals with a strong passion too. At The Center for Living, Learning & Leading there is no denying that our team has passion and focus. Our staff tirelessly oversees the development of educational programming and leadership development, and continually strives to build new opportunities for members, alumnae and volunteers.

The Center Staff

The Center staff is dedicated to the funding of collegiate living environments and to the development of innovative educational and leadership initiatives. The staff is headquartered at Tri Delta Executive Office in Arlington, TX and is responsible for the development of programs, resources and opportunities that enhance the day-to-day member, alumnae and volunteer experience.

Cari Cook

With its unique educational initiatives and signature programs, The Center plays a remarkable role in the development of our members as individuals and as leaders”

Cari serves as the Executive Director for Tri Delta, as well as the National House Corporation and The Center for Living, Learning and Leading. Her many years of experience and her passion for the Fraternity can be seen in every aspect of what The Center has to offer.

Some fun facts about Cari:

  • She loves to travel, and has a knack for finding the best local, hole-in-the-wall, food-that-is-to-die-for restaurants.
  • Cari loves reality TV and her two golden retrievers.
  • Cari designs and creates most of her own jewelry!

Sarah Williamson

Director of Educational Initiatives

“I believe in the mission of The Center because I truly think that there is nothing wrong with a chapter that cannot be fixed and nothing right with a chapter that can’t be improved upon. The Center allows for so many opportunities to work with chapters to provide members with what they want in ways that pushes them to think outside the box, stretch outside their comfort zones and continually better their chapter!”

As the Director of Educational Initiatives, Sarah oversees the education team and is the go-to for all programming and educational projects. She develops curricula and ensures that members are being provided with relevant resources.

Some fun facts about Sarah:

  • Sarah served as a Greek advisor for five years before joining the Tri Delta staff
  • She is a huge Alabama football fan. ROLL TIDE!
  • In her spare time, Sarah draws and creates greeting cards and stationery.

Mari Ann Callais

“I believe in the mission of The Center because it supports The Purpose of Delta Delta Delta. The Center is a unique Foundation in that it is truly focused on the development of Tri Delta women and others who engage in our work along the way. I am honored to work for an organization that is doing its best to be who they say they are. I believe that The Center will continue to impact the lives of many and I am thrilled to be part of it.”

As Director of Development, Mari Ann is responsible for seeking out partners, sponsors and donors who believe in the mission of The Center and want to show their support. She oversees campaigns and all fundraising initiatives.

Some fun facts about Mari Ann:

  • Has more volunteer experiences than she can count
  • She plays aguitar and even has a cd out
  • Mari Ann enjoys speaking with college students about the deeper meaning and value of fraternal organizations

Natalie Parish

“With my work with The Center, I have the opportunity to identify the needs of our organization and work with our members to find the relevant solutions. We are all about helping our members not only set goals, but achieve them. Ever member of Tri Delta is equally and individually responsible to the growth of Tri Delta- in every meaning of the word- and we, The Center are simply helping our members along the way!”

As Chapter Resource Coordinator, Natalie works on the Education Team in the development and implementation of resources and programming. She works closely with collegiate chapters to accurately and efficiently implement the product that The Center provides.

Some fun facts about Natalie:

    • Natalie is a former Tri Delta Field Consultant Natalie has worked for Tri Delta since 2005 when she was a collegian
    • Natalie really loves dachshunds!

Amanda Frattarola

Health and Wellness Coordinator

“I feel The Center is an essential component of the organization. The resources and tools The Center creates for the members enhance the overall education and function of each chapter. It is an amazing feeling to be a part of such a positive force on the Tri Delta experience.”

Amanda serves as the Health and Wellness Coordinator on the Education Team. Before coming to Tri Delta Executive Office, she was the Marketing Assistant for the University of Vermont’s Campus Recreation. Amanda also graduated from UVM and majored in Public Communication. She was initiated into Eta chapter and served as Vice President of Finance, Reference Chair, and Chapter Correspondent.

Some fun facts about Amanda:

  • She loves to run!
  • She loves to spend time with her friends.
  • Watching movies and listening to music are some of her favorite things.

Rachel Killmer Bailiff

“I believe in women and what we can do when we stand together unified in sisterly love; not just under the banner of “Tri Delta” but also simply as the incredible, unique, and influential individuals that each and every one of us was created to be. It is my great privilege to partner with The Center in endeavoring to equip women to be the best version of themselves they can possibly be.”

Rachel studied International Business with an emphasis in French Language and Culture Studies at the University of Texas, Arlington, and she was also the Marketing Coordinator for the “fun and cute” Tri Delta gear sold at the Delta Shop. When she isn’t writing, Rachel likes to garden, sing, practice photography, kickbox, visit antique stores and play with makeup, just to name a few of her many hobbies.  To learn more about why Rachel loves writing to you, read her formal introduction here.

Stacy Nadeau

Stacy graduated from DePaul University with a degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, but was honor initiated as a Tri Delta at Creighton College. She has utilized her major as well as her double minor in Sales and Marketing by working as a professional speaker, author, blogger and self-esteem expert after her experience as a Dove’s Campaign for Real Beauty model. After a workday, Stacy loves being with family and friends, dancing, reading or walking her dog, Dyson.
