About The Center for Living, Learning & Leading

Since 1888, Tri Delta’s unique and innovative chapter programs have focused on developing each member into a well-rounded, successful woman. The Center for Living, Learning & Leading, the Fraternity’s newest educational foundation, continues this long-standing tradition.

The Center is a charitable and educational tax-exempt organization, separate and independent from the Fraternity. The primary purpose of The Center is the funding of collegiate living environments and developing innovative educational and leadership initiatives to ensure a safe, rewarding and relevant sorority experience for future generations of Tri Delta members.

What does that really mean? It can all be summarized by looking at the full name of the organization – The Center for Living, Learning & Leading

  • Living – The Center provides professional, innovative and effective solutions to generate the needed funding to renovate, refurbish and sometimes even rebuild chapter facilities, keeping these homes as viable and healthy housing options for Tri Delta members.
  • Learning – The Center provides a variety of educational programs that assist Tri Delta members in many different aspects of member life, including gaining a better understanding of the meaning of Tri Delta membership through the Power of Purpose: New Member Education Program and Life After College, a program that helps members prepare for careers and life beyond Graduation Day.
  • Leading – The Center is leading the way in women’s development and empowerment through signature programs like the Reflections: Body Image Program, which encourages women to change the way they talk, think and feel about their bodies, and leadership development opportunities like Regional Leadership Conference and Volunteer Symposium, which inspire members to make a difference in their future.

“Tri Delta has always been so progressive in terms of programming. The Center has the ability to really harness the resources of the Fraternity and match them with the needs of the undergraduate chapters in a unique way. My sister was a Tri Delta and had a wonderful experience, so I will do what I can to support Tri Delta in giving that experience to other women.”
